Final Course Reflection

This has been a very informative class to be in. I have learned many things that I will use in my classroom and these things will hopefully make me a better teacher. I really enjoyed learning how to create web pages. This would be a great way to stay in touch with the students over breaks. Also, the students would never feel like they would be behind in their work. They would always be able to go back and see what is due. I also enjoyed learning how to evaluate websites and understand if they would be a good website to use for the classroom. We learned many things including how to create our own worksheets, rubrics, and lesson plans. These things were very helpful and will definitely be things that I will use in my own classroom when I start teaching. I also loved learning about plagiarism. I never knew that there was a program that could be used to help teachers find plagiarism in reports. This would be very helpful for all teachers in all areas. I loved learning how to use concept maps and how to create them. I will defiantly use this when I begin teaching because I love to use visuals in my lessons. Concept maps are also extremely easy to create and use. I learned many things from this class that I will bring into the classroom with me.
